Bayer hydraSense^® Baby Nasal Care Easydose^® product return and recall refund form.  

Bayer is recalling two lots of hydraSense^® Baby Nasal Care Easydose^® due to potential contamination.

Lots containing the following codes are impacted: G238402 and G239889.  

No other hydraSense^® products are impacted.  

To identify if your product is part of the impacted lots and part of the recall, lot numbers can be found on the bottom of the box containing the single use vials and on the label of each single use vial.

While no adverse events have been reported at this time, consumers who believe that their hydraSense^® Baby Nasal Care Easydose^® product is from one of the affected lots are to stop using it immediately.  

Please complete the steps listed below if you would like to receive a refund for your purchase of hydraSense^® Baby Nasal Care Easydose^®.

To complete this form, you will need to provide:

Quantity of boxes purchased.

Lot number of the product you purchased.  

A photo of the box(es) purchased.

Instructions for completing the form:

In the first drop-down menu below ("Select Reason"), please choose "Voluntary recall".

In the second drop-down menu below ("Select Lot"), select the Lot you want to claim a refund for.

You will be receiving a prepaid envelope in the mail to return your product to Bayer.

Please upload a single photo of all recalled product in your possession. The photo must show the lot code, beside which you must add the date and your initials on the label in marker or pen.  

Only one form can be submitted per household, covering the total quantity of boxes for refund. Once you have completed and submitted the form below, we will verify the information you have provided and process your refund. Bayer reserves the right to require additional information, including but not limited to, proof of purchase, in order to process the refund, and otherwise modify the condition under which a refund will be issued. Refunds are available to Canadian residents only.  

Due to high contact volume, please allow 6-8 weeks for processing. The information you provide us is subject to our Privacy Statement (Privacy Statement | Bayer Canada). Upon request of a government agency, Bayer may be required to provide personal information related to the recall to the government agency.
